1. User: BTTL reserves to itself the sole right to authorise one or more users to have access to this facility. Presently This facility is available for limited use by the authorised employees and other members or associates of 'Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited ("Authorised User"). Use by any other person, entity other than as mentioned above as "Authorised User" shall be deemed to be the unauthorized use thereof.

2. Track Power: The Company has the means and the power to keep a track of the uses of SFA by any user.

3. Legal Implication: Any unauthorised use of SFA shall lead to legal action by the Company against the unauthorized user.
